Funny how we all get into this practice.  I was living in Indianapolis at the time and of all places a Cigar bar, I will never forget the conversation.  A gentleman that I knew commented that Hot Yoga changed his life! We couldn't believe it and, on a whim, showed up at a studio a week later.  Nine years later I can say it has truly changed my life!  For me yoga is about many things.  It's about community, family and most of all strength in movement. I have made many friends around the world because of this practice.  It has become a part of my vacation ritual.  I have made it a goal to practice wherever I go!  I have practiced in Italy, Aruba and lots of places in Mexico! 

I always wanted to do a retreat, I started looking on social media and the retreats looked amazing!  I reached out to Namaste As Fuck and the rest as they say is history!  I met the coolest people who have become my friends and part of my community. Now it’s time to do my own! 

What makes Hey Boy Yoga special is NO judgement and everyone is welcome!  What makes my retreats and practice special? When I walk into a studio anywhere and we all have those people that take this sooooo seriously!  It's about the wobble, it's about the laughter, it's about the enjoyment.  If it's not for these things??  Then why do it!

My mantra is, it's never too late!  Jump right in!!
